HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
1 package (2 lb) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup crushed corn flakes
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Pour into baking pan. Sprinkle top with corn flakes. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. Let set a few minutes before serving, so it will thicken.

11th Annual John Two Hawks Mother’s Day Concert at the Auditorium at 2p.m. Mothers get in free to this concert which features selections from John Two Hawks’ music. The Show, meant to honor mothers, is always a moving experience.
25th Annual White Street Walk from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Historic White Street is the working address of several local artists who will welcome the public into homes and studios to view their latest works. They are joined by more than forty guest artists from the Eureka Springs area, who will show weaving, watercolors, jewelry, oils, pottery, stained glass, and more.
