St. Patrick’s Parade in Eureka Springs
If you live within a short drive of Northwest Arkansas and are looking for something a little different to do this St. Patrick’s Day, you may want to consider visiting our Eureka Springs bed and breakfast and viewing the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
An annual event since 1993, the parade is very colorful and unusual, just like Eureka Springs.
The 17th Annual St Paddy’s Day Parade will roll out Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2pm in Eureka Springs.
You can be part of the parade! A call for floats, vehicles of all sorts, bands, walking groups, and any individuals wearing green can join in the gala of fun.
The parade is headed by the Krewe of Blarney Halfast Walkin’ Klub. The Kaptains consists of professionals, business men and political officials, all wearing tuxedos carrying Flower Canes. Any candidate for office is also invited to walk. Contact Dan Ellis, 479-981-9551 for information.
