A deposit is required at the time of booking: One night plus tax
for room only; or half of package price plus tax.
We do accept One-Night Stays (when available) and they require full
payment at the time of booking.
14 days notice prior to the reservation
date must be given for deposit refund minus a $25.00 cancellation
fee or exchange for a gift certificate with no penalty. Cancellations
with less than 14 days notice will be issued a gift certificate
good for one year in the amount of your deposit, minus a $25.00
cancellation fee. A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
No refunds for early departure or No-Shows.

Please be considerate of other guests - No Pets and Smoking is permitted
outside only. A minimum of $250 will be charged if anyone brings
a pet or smokes in your room during your stay.
