One of the best things about getting married — aside from spending the rest of your life with the one you love — is the honeymoon.  Our private cottages with jacuzzis for two and breakfast delivered to your room will make your honeymoon memories even more special! Our Gazebo is in a wooded setting and provides a peaceful, beautiful outdoor location for exchanging your vows.

Rev. Gary Andrews is an ordained non-denominational minister. He and his wife have been residents of the Eureka Springs area for the last five years. Rev. Gary will perform standard Christian or civil marriage ceremonies and may customize the service to your special needs.

Marriage License Information

An Arkansas marriage license is required for you to be married in the State of Arkansas. You may use a marriage license from any Arkansas county or obtain one in Eureka Springs from the County Clerk at the County Courthouse on Main Street. Arkansas has no waiting period and no blood tests. Arkansas marriage licenses are valid for 90 days from the date issued.

The Bride and Groom must be present and each must provide a Photo ID (driver’s license) and Social Security number. The license cost is $58 cash (exact change).

Hours for the Eureka Springs Courthouse are 8:30-4:00 Monday-Friday and 9-1 on Saturday. Closed weekdays 11:30-12:30 for lunch. Be there 1/2 hour before closing.
