RECIPES
Phyllis Banana Pudding
2 package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 package of dream whip
1 small container of cool whip
4 to 5 bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
Whisk instant pudding and milk until smooth. Add dream whip and whisk. Add one cup of whipping cream and whisk again.
Place layer of wafers in bottom of individual dishes or large bowl. Follow with layer of pudding and a layer of sliced bananas. Continue the layering and finish with top layer of cool whip.

Eureka Divas present Just Had Enough!

The local tour de force comedy troupe presents an interactive, multi-medium, all original evening of entertainment. Written and directed by Janet Alexander, starring Kendra Manley, Robin Milam and Marley Stevenson.
Featuring sketches developed in improvisation and honed through skill, the foursome poke at various themes which continually cause us to throw up our hands and scream!...or to tuck our noses under our pillows and hide. Funny and intelligent, set for an adult audience, Just Had Enough is sure to be a highlight of the 2007 season.
Presented in every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during June in The Gem (lower level of the City Auditorium.) Tickets are $20.00. Cash bar and snacks will be available.

Eureka Springs Off Road Triathlon

More than 150 athletes are expected to challenge each other and Mother Nature in Eureka Springs at the second annual XTERRA Eureka Springs Off-Road Triathlon and Trail Run on Saturday June 9th, 2007.
The main event combines a 0.5-mile swim in Lake Leatherwood, with a 13-mile mountain bike through the park s mountainous terrain and a 5-mile trail run. Participants may race as individuals or as a part of a relay team. A new addition to this year s event is a separate Trail Running race that will precede the main event. It features a 3.5-mile run on the Miner s Rock Trail, also in Lake Leatherwood City Park. There are still slots available for both races. Rising Star Band Contest

For the second year Eureka Springs will be holding Rising Star Band Contest in Basin Spring Park from 5:00PM to 7:00PM.
Free to the public, bands from across the region will be vying for the opportunity to win prizes and be featured during our Feat Fest weekend, September 14th and 15th. The Contest runs every Saturday evening from June 23rd to August 11th.
