Eureka Springs Marriage Licenses  An
Arkansas marriage license is required for you to be married in the State
of Arkansas. You may use a marriage license from any Arkansas county or
obtain one in Eureka Springs from the County Clerk at the County Courthouse
on Main Street. Arkansas has no waiting period and no blood tests. Arkansas
marriage licenses are valid for 90 days from the date issued.The Bride and Groom must be present and each must provide a Photo Id (driver's license) and Social Security number. The license cost is $58 cash (exact change). Hours for the Eureka Springs Courthouse are 8:30-4:00 Monday-Friday and 9-1 on Saturday. Closed weekdays 11:30-12:30 for lunch.
