Whew! May is over and summer is here. Everything is so green and lush right now because of all the spring rain. Donna and I have found a little time to get out enjoy the scenery lately on the bike. The riding here is fantastic. June looks to be a busy month in Eureka Springs with lots of things to do. Here’s just some of the things going on in June – a art gallery stroll, a car show, Opera in the Ozarks, the Xterra Outdoor Triathlon, Carnegie Library 100th Celebration and much more. Finally, Spring is on the way! At least the weather is warmer and things coming alive again. The Pine Mountain Jamboree Music show opens this weekend and the Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down opens March 12th. Eureka Springs will host The Governor’s Conference on Tourism starting Sunday. This conference is the largest in-state meeting of travel, tourism, and hospitality professionals. We welcome Governor Beebe to Eureka Springs and hope he gets to see all Eureka Springs’ has to offer!
