RECIPE
Oreo Cookie Dessert
* 1 (18 ounce) package Oreo cookies, divided, crushed (save 3/4 cup)
* 1/2-1 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 16 ounces Cool Whip, divided
* 8 ounces cream cheese
* 1/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
* 2 cups milk (3.4 ounce)
* 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

1. Pour crushed cookies in 9×13 glass dish.
2. Melt butter, pour over cookies.
3. Mix 1/2 of the cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar, spread on top.
4. Mix pudding with milk and sweetened condensed milk; beat until thick, spread on top.
5. Spread on other 8 oz Cool Whip.
6. Sprinkle with leftover cookies.
7. Refrigerate over night.

The Eurekan Multi-Sport Event. 4th year of this very popular swimming-biking-foot racing event. A three-day multi-sport festival consists of a sprint-distance triathlon on Friday afternoon, road bike tour rides and racing on Saturday morning and running races on Sunday. Participants can enter individual events or take “The Eurekan” challenge.

2nd Saturday Gallery Stroll. From April to December, on the second Saturday of each month (and every Saturday in May) the galleries open their doors from 6-9 p.m. with special shows and artist receptions.
