Banana Nutbread
1 cup butter
1 cups brown sugar
1 ˝ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 ˝ teaspoons baking powder
4 large bananas
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup crushed pineapple
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease and flour loaf pans
Cream sugars and butter
Add eggs and other ingredients
Fill loaf pans about one-half inch from top to prevent run-over
Bake 1 ˝ hours
Makes 8 small loaves (about 3in x6in x2in )
